Sree Ramaseva Mandali was established in the year 1939 by Late Sri S V Narayanaswamy Rao
The Mandali was recognised by the Income Tax Department U/s 15-B (1) [Order No. 918 9/5-58] on 1-3-1958
Later on 13-03-1964, the Mandali was also recognised U/s 88(1) of the Indian Income Tax Act [Order No.718-9/57-58]
Sree Ramaseva Mandali was registered as Sree Ramaseva Mandali, RCT as per ‘The Indian Trusts Act of 1882’
The main objective of Sree Ramaseva Mandali, R.C.T (R.) is to conduct the iconic Sree Ramanavami Celebrations & Music festival every year during the months of March – April & May at the Special Pandal, Old Fort High School Grounds, Chamarajapet, Bengaluru – 18
Sree Ramaseva Mandali is a registered Trademark & Brand name of S.N.Varadaraj, Sree Ramaseva Mandali, R.C.T (R.)
With an intention of giving the activities of the Mandali a Global presence, the Management of Sree Ramaseva Mandali, R.C.T(R.) incorporated a section 8 company by the name “Sree Ramaseva Mandali Foundation” in 2017.
Some of the objectives of Sree Ramaseva Mandali Foundation are:
To assist Sree Ramaseva Mandali, R.C.T (R.) in organising the annual Sree Ramanavami Celebrations
To establish centres of Performing arts across the country
To organise Classical Music & Dance festivals in different cities of the world
To establish a Performing Arts University in India
To publish books and journals of Indian Music and Ramayana
To establish charitable centres for providing stay and food for orphans, old aged people etc.
